Labour’s month of 2023
Implementing Plan No. 214/KH-LĐLĐ issued on February 20, 2023, regarding the organization of the Workers' Month Activity by the Superior Labor Union in 2023. On May 16, 2023, at 13:00 in the afternoon, the Union Executive Committee, in coordination with the company's management, organized the Employees' Month Activity to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Shengli (Vietnam) Special Steel Company Limited.
With the theme "Gratitude to Workers," this event witnessed the participation of over 1,000 company employees, making the atmosphere even more vibrant this summer. During the celebration, the company's leadership, together with all employees, looked back at the company's construction and development journey. Mr.CheungWa, the Executive General Manager, expressed gratitude to the workers who had been with the company for 15 years. On this occasion, the company presented over 1,000 gifts to each employee, with a total value of approximately 350 million Vietnamese dong.
The Executive Committee of the Union has always been concerned about the living conditions of our employees and providing timely assistance to those in need. We have recently provided financial assistance to over 40 employees who are facing difficulties in their lives or have illnesses, as well as their family members. Each of them has received a cash amount of 1 million Vietnamese dongs.
The company has always encouraged and recognized employees who demonstrate innovative abilities, improve their work, and bring about high efficiency. In this ceremony, we have awarded 5 gifts to employees who have achieved outstanding results in their work. These gifts serve as a recognition of their accomplishments and dedication.
The inter-departmental cultural and artistic competition held within the company was exceptionally lively. Participating departments included the administration, supervision, operations, production, quality control, finance, general management, as well as the steel plant, rolling mill, and sorting team. Each participating employee experienced unforgettable moments during these exciting performances.
The atmosphere became even more heated during the "raffle" segment of the ceremony, as the prizes were extremely tempting, including motorcycles, refrigerators, washing machines, electric bikes, water filters, and more.
This ceremony not only created a joyful and exciting atmosphere but also provided employees with an opportunity to enhance team spirit, build connections, and motivate them to work harder to achieve better results.
